Visiting Our School
- You have travelled from or transited through any of countries or areas that are currently on "lockdown" in the past 14 days.
- You have developed a fever (above 37.8C), a new continuous cough or a loss of taste or smell within the last ten days.
- Anyone in your household is required to self-isolate in accordance with government guidelines.
All visitors must contact school in advance of entering the school premises. At least a day before arrival, visitors should send their company risk assessment for the head teacher to approve.
Along with all members of the school community, any visitors to the school should wash their hands with soap and water before leaving home and once they arrive at school. Their are hand sanitisers on entrance to the school.
It is compulsory for all visitors to wear a face covering whilst they are in the building, unless an alternative is agreed with the head teacher.
If a visitor uses an area within school, you are required to clean this down before departures.
For the avoidance of potential embarrassment, we would also like to advise you that the school is currently operating a "no handshake" policy for all members of its community.
For track and trace purposes, we need to keep records of everyone who has visited the school. We will keep this information for 21 days. We will share this information with test and trace if somebody within the school community tests positive for Covid-19. Please fill in your name and a contact number and then sign this form to demonstrate your agreement. If yiu are part of a group visiting the school, each individual member will have to fill in one of these forms.
